CEYNCO Grated Coconut 250g (containing 2.5 grated coconuts) is mechanically grated coconut. In order to be kept for 12 months, it has been dehydrated WITHOUT any added preservatives or chemicals. To convert CEYNCO to Freshly Grated Coconut; Simply mix 5 parts of CEYNCO with 2 parts of water  (Room Temperature) and leave for 3 minutes.
