  • Products purchased on DIGITALPOLA.COM can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Products must include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact the seller directly via our platform or reach out to our customer support team.
  • Provide the order ID, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return.
  • The seller will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed, including the return address.
  • After the returned product is received and inspected, the seller will confirm if it meets the return criteria.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • It may take up to 10–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • In cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the refund will include the original shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to the seller’s discretion and product availability.
  • If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, contact the seller directly to discuss the available options.
  • For defective or damaged items, exchanges may be offered without additional charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
